I’m Devina L. Jackson, Esq., founder and principal attorney. My journey in law began with a childhood dream, but it was the unexpected loss of my younger brother in 2023 that truly shaped my mission. Experiencing firsthand the challenges families and business owners face when a loved one passes without a plan, I founded this firm to ensure others are empowered to protect their interests and legacies.

With a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration, a J.D. from Regent University School of Law, and an MBA, I bring a comprehensive, strategic perspective to every client relationship. My years as in-house counsel for a leading medical software company gave me practical insight into the operational and legal needs of business owners and entrepreneurs, and reinforced my belief in proactive planning, long-term vision, and risk management.
